CEO, Financial Advisor
Prior to founding Ceva Advisors, Ben spent sixteen years at Sun Life Capital Management, where he held key leadership roles. As the Head of Trading and Senior Portfolio Manager, Ben led a team of traders and portfolio managers responsible for asset allocation and performance on a significant sleeve of assets valued at $20 billion. With a focus on delivering strategic investment solutions, he worked closely with capital partners to drive positive outcomes aligned with their goals.
Outside the markets, Ben enjoys connecting with his local church and an invigorating game of pickleball with family and friends.
Shaina Englund
Financial Advisor
After graduating Summa Cum Laude at Northwest University, Shaina followed her passion for people into client-facing work at a local counseling agency, then fifteen years across local non-profits in treasury, fundraising, volunteer management, and mentorship. Combining her accounting skills with her heart for helping people, she now tailors custom financial plans to each client's needs.
Shaina is passionate about supporting the less fortunate through international adoption, and is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, tennis, pickleball, and skiing.

Outside the office, Roman enjoys spending time with his wife, church events, and playing pickleball, golf, and skiing.
